In this year –

We have reset our goals.

As aging seniors –

We take care of one another.

Our goals are to age healthily as long as we can.

For me-

I do not drink sodas – and have cut out milk entirely.

I also have cut way back on having the occasional beer!

I limit my intake of red meat –

I watch out for starches because I am borderline diabetic.

I take meds for that.

I blog every day –

For this is a journal of our lives!

BUT –

It keeps my mind active in memories!

Writing them down and storing them on my WORDPRESS site.
