Papa’s World – Life as a senior.

Well, we have been retired for years.

We both have celebrated our 77th birthdays!

LIFE AS A SENIOR takes on a whole new meaning.

Little trips are now adventures for us.

We still golf and still walk.

Appointments are common occurrences, as are CALENDERS –

Both of us keep one to mark down dates of where, what, and when we have something coming up.

We look around and see how we live.

Family – church (nearby) –

Community – (A lot of caring friends)-

Warmer climate – (Hardly any snow or ice)-

Downsized our house – (all on one level)-

Close to shopping, beach, and entertainment!

Life in our SENIOR YEARS –

Means chill and take care of one another.

And to age as healthily as we can.

Here is what we have taken for twenty years,

For us, it is the simplest things in life-

Having the ability to walk in the sand and surf at the beach.

Warm climate – friends and family to share this with!

LIFE AS A SENIOR!

Watching the grandkids grow into adults!

Having them come for visits –

MORMOR – PAPA – GRANDMA and GRANDPA –

These are words of endearment to our ears.

Relaxing to the sound of the surf-

Birds and laughter –

Blue skies and soft white clouds!
