Well, it does me.

This is Sunset Beach, and at the far right upper side-

A very tall building sits there.

That is Ocean Isle Beach.

We live on the mainland and are about fifteen minutes to Sunset Beach –

And ten minutes to Ocean Isle Beach.

We had always dreamed of living in the South on the eastern shore of the Atlantic.

Today, that dream has come true.

Being seniors and long retired –

The FUN stage of our life is walking on the beach in the surf.

Or – going to Ferry Landing on OIB and watching the boats travel up and down the ICW!

Nothing exciting as in our younger years –

But a PLEASANT way of life for us.

All of the above!!!!

And then there is golf.

We play a couple of times a month –

Now mostly nine holes.

Just being out there is a FUN time for us!

On the tee box next to the ICW!

All part of our life in the Carolinas!
