This is the day I came home from the hospital-

After having open heart surgery-

FOUR BY-PASSES!

I never went to the step-down unit-

Instead, five hours after the surgery was done –

I was standing up.

I went directly to the room where I would be discharged.

The surgery was at 10 am. Monday-

This picture was taken at 1pm. on Wednesday.

They wanted to do a study on me as I was the healthiest patient they had for bypasses-

But I said no!

The next day, I started walking inside-

Up and down the stairs and around every room for 30 minutes at a time.

I had a HEART PILLOW I clutched to my chest.

After a couple of weeks, I walked outside.

My journey to better health began ten years prior.

I am convinced that had I not started my routine-

I would not have survived the heart attack!

I had given up SODA’S – FAST FOOD – MILK!

I cut way back on beer.

We had started walking.

And yes, I took meds.

But for ten years, I slowly began changing my body by ingesting JUICE PLUS!
