We had planned this for some time –

Spend a long weekend with friends –

And we have been friends for 37 years !

We would arrive first – Jim and Dottie would arrive late at night !

So – we planned to have dinner on the beach –

The weather was overcast – windy but warm !

And people were in the water – surfing and swimming !

We stopped at a place Cindy had said was very good –

Smashed red potato’s – corn on the cob – coleslaw and steamed shrimp

already shelled !

In Old Bay Seasoning !

It was really good –

Plus we had a few drinks with us !

A storm was rolling in –

Wind picked up –

chairs blew over

so we cleaned up and packed up
