Here we are in Winter, and I am already looking toward Spring!

Sherry and I are not fans of cold weather.

However, living here is much better than wherever we have lived!

Sherry selected this instead of capsules –

Simply because she has a problem swallowing pills and capsules.

Add the powder to water, mix it up, and either drink it down or sip it slowly.
