Papa’s World – Mary’s gone wild – chapter one!

I believe this describes Mary – through her folk art – she has fed tens of thousands of children!

In one of her wild buildings, she made this huge ferry boat and all the little furniture on it!

My only guess is she made this inside the building as there is no way to get it out!

She is unique and a little eccentric.

But – she creates her Folk-Art to feed the hungry children.

Everything on the ferry boat is handmade.

She has a talent for being able to paint mirror images!

On the glass, she paints from the back and it is as if she painted on the front of the glass.

A window pane was painted from the back so it looks as if she painted on the front of it!

Artists from all over the country have come to see how she does this.

And her art is in every state of the union and countries all around the world.

She has many antiques and her walls of buildings are made from bottles!

Wall made from bottles and her art was displayed along with antiques.

Glass blocks painted reverse side – her art is going to be Folk Art lore.
More of Mary’s bottle wall construction.

For 42 years she has constructed buildings to house her art.

Her husband drowned 42 years ago – leaving her with two little children pre-school.

She set up a table and started selling flea market style to survive.

Then she says she had a vision from God to create her art and feed the hungry children.

Her money from her art goes to feed hungry children so she lives a simple life.

She has been written about in magazines and newspapers –

people from all over the world come to buy her paintings and creations.

It is everywhere – floors – ceilings and walls along with her pieces displayed in a random fashion.

Her art is all signed and dated.
