Sherry is at the Brambleton Town Center in front of the theater.

We lived here in this neighborhood for 14 1/2 years until the Pandemic came along!

We had our retirement home built and watched as this neighborhood went from one High School-

To FOUR HIGH SCHOOLS when we sold in 2020 and moved South!

They built an entire town with shopping, restaurants, etc.

Once here, you did not need to go back out to the extremely busy NVA traffic.

It was really a Utopia of a sort.

But – being in NVA and within 30 miles of D.C. –

Very expensive to live.

The Pandemic caused the 401K to collapse –

But the housing market is about to explode!

So – we CASHED in and SOLD!

The three “LITTLE ONES” grandchildren –

Bode, Cassidy, and Taylor –

Had moved away – not far – but enough that we no longer picked them up from school or walked to their home.

It made no sense that we remained in an ever more expensive area to retire in –

And the Pandemic resolved that issue.

We lived with them after we sold and went back and forth to the other daughter’s family in Lake Holiday, VA.

We were able to help out with the three little ones to homeschool until they got situated.

This was when the schools closed for the pandemic, and they did everything online.

WE WERE TRULY LIVING LIFE ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Bode started preschool at this time.

He is an active boy –

Into all sports –

And constantly on the move –

So it was hard for him by himself to do online schooling –

But he prevailed, and today he is a good student and in his first year of middle school.

The twins are no Sophomores in H.S.

Today – Cassidy, Bode, and Taylor with their parents, Marcus and Tammy.

And of course –

“MARLEY – THE GRAND DOG”!

A Golden Doodle!

And then the three oldest granddaughters!

Sarah, Ella, and Maddy.

Sarah is a Sophomore in College-

Ella and Maddy have graduated from college.

Ella is an Elementary School Teacher, and Maddy is an Environmental Scientist.

Parents – Debby and Mike.

Sarah, Ella, Maddy, and her engagement to Kendrick.
