In 2013, I had a severe heart attack-

They rushed me to the heart hospital and put a stent in –

However, I needed three more!

The next day, they came into my room and told me they could not put them in!

Because where they were –

It would be too dangerous, and I might die! Therefore, I had to have open heart surgery –

And the three bypasses plus the stent they put in!

That was the day I started living my LIFE ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Today – I still view my life that way –

And I consider myself fortunate to be here.

Every day I count my blessings –

I am here to enjoy that day!

When the opportunity came to move South-

And be near beaches and golf –

Sunshine, sand, and surf-

We both agreed this was a dream we had and now would come true!

I still take this supplement every day –

I believe in it and have read the research.

FAMILY visits often.

Friends come to see us.

We make periodic trips back to NVA!

Every morning –

I have my one cup of coffee and sit and think about our lives together.

Yes – we live our life one day at a time.

We are happy – We are living life-

This is who we are!
