Our roots to the Bills go all the way back to the late 80s.

Before we moved to NVA in 1999!

In our home, we are divided –

She roots for the Bills, and I do too!

More so than I!

I am a Washington Commanders fan!

My second team is the BILLS-

And Sherry’s second team is the COMMANDERS!

We cheer for both of them!

Makes for some GOOD HUMOR and THOUGHTS!

LOL – have been there and done that!

You need some GOOD HUMOR on the golf course – at least I do! LOL

A healthy way to get the nutrients of 30 fruits and vegetables absorbed into your bloodstream!

Just take the powder, add water, and mix it up!

It is red in color and tastes like FRUIT punch –

But as research shows –
