Good day, everyone!
Sharing some good thoughts and humor today!
And yes- HAPPY HOUR ON THE BEACH!
To play golf, in my opinion –
You just have to have a sense of humor!
At least I do!
Of course, easier said than done.
Frustrations can and do come out!
But I try not to let it get to me!
Everyone has their day –
bogies – pars and once in a while a birdie.
And then, we head to the beach after that round of golf!
Time to reflect while toes in the sand and the sound of the surf!
“I did hit that great shot – I made it out of the sand trap-
And I one putted”!
I look at the beach – the folks there are on vacation!
Then, I planned to go back again and attempt to play golf.
Knowing it will be both a pleasure and a frustration.
But this is why we choose to live among the golf courses and near the two beaches!
The sun sets on another day of golf –
Another day at the beach-
And our life in the Carolinas is complete-
We are not on vacation –
We live here and have a second chance to swing that club-
Maybe a boggie – a par or a birdie.
In golf as in life-
FRIENDS for decades and decades!
WASH – RINSE and REPEAT!
