Friends – who call themselves “THE HENS” –

All lived near us in NVA –

And they would all gather for a movie or lunch-

along with a couple more “HENS”!

Left to right – Ginger now lives just outside Leland, N.C. –

close to our lifetime friends the McBrides.

Nancy – the first to leave –

lives outside Charleston, S.C. about a 2 1/2 hour drive.

Sherry and I live close to OIB –

And Claudia just built a new home about three miles away from us!

The other “HENS” are scattered –

but all stay in touch through a weekly call on Zoom.

GOOD TIMES WITH LOTS OF MEMORIES!

They now are in year six of traveling in an RV-

and back in New Hampshire as a base

for the summer.

About six years ago – we reconnected –

and have seen them every year since.

Always talking of old times – memories of youth –

And making new memories after all these years.

They are talking about still RV’ing but moving their base to N.C.

We shall see –

but the times we do see them –

Bob and I attempt to golf! LOL

GOOD TIMES WITH LOTS OF MEMORIES!

Our friends for years and years –

Cindy – Dottie and Sherry –

Buck – Jim and Papa.

All the times we have had vacations –

or just visiting each other –

The golf – dining – singing and laughter.

Friends still to this day!

The little town I grew up in –

among the Alleghany Mountains in NWPA is close to NYS!

Eldred, Pa.

Here I lived until 30 plus years old.

On the streets,

I walked – roller-skated and rode my bike.

Sleeping out at night – hiking the hills –

A childhood I have lots of memories to share!

GOOD TIMES WITH LOTS OF MEMORIES!

Three oldest granddaughters –

now one graduated from college –

another one more year of college-

and the last one more year of H.S,

Always will be in my memories!
