Dottie and Sherry –

Friends since we were married

Dottie grew up in the same town of Eldred, Pa.

As I did!

She married my long-time friend Jim before Sherry, and I was married on 6-25-1982!

So they have known each other for decades, and the friendship today goes back to then!

We raised our children together and went on vacations together.

FUN TIMES – FRIENDS!

We have gotten together over the years at each other’s houses.

Played golf –

Sang songs –

Played games and drank a little!

FRIENDSHIPS!

The laughter is contagious and has been this way for four decades!

Life with friends!

FUN TIMES – FRIENDS!

Before we sold our house and moved from NVA-

Ginger – Nancy – Sherry and Claudia –

Along with three or four other friends –

Formed a group called “THE HENS”!

They would meet for a movie,

And then lunch or dinner.

They have all moved to different areas, and one still lives in NVA!

They have a standing Monday call,

And they get on when they can.

These four moved to N.C. and S.C.

And are within a 1 1/2 hour drive to meet up for lunch!

STILL FRIENDS!

Jim is married to Dottie –

We grew up in Eldred, Pa.

We worked together for American Olean Tile-Dal Tile.

Today we still get together –

Still golf and still laugh!

All these decades of friendships!

Married and today have leased a home near us.

After spending six years traveling in an RV-

They took a break just to see if they liked the area.

Bob and I went to grade school and High School together.

We still maintain that friendship for seven decades!

Since the day we were married –

We have maintained friendships.

Past to the Present.

Our world revolves around maintaining those friendships!
