When we discussed selling our home in NVA – we both had goals – Warmer weather – Golf nearby –

Entertainment within an hour – and SUN- SAND and SURF!

So – we moved to the border area of N.C. and S.C. on the coast – but on the mainland –

and close to the ICW!

Welcome to Ocean Isle Beach and Cameron Woods Community!

We are in the middle of over 39 golf courses and buy a card that gives us reduced rates!

Our besties have lived 33 miles from us for years and we often get together to play!

And enjoy the water views while playing!

We live in a neighborhood where the sunrise is from the SE due to the curvature of the coastline!

Walking Ocean Isle Beach at Sunrise on Easter Sunday!

We are about ten minutes to the beach.

We are thirty minutes from North Myrtle Beach in S.C.

This is the dance “THE SHAG” capital of the world!

Our dream list is true – golf – beach – entertainment and the Ocean!

This entrance is about a 15-minute drive, and we are standing here!

Again – our wish list has been fulfilled.
