The Pandemic came – everything shut down – we could only see our grandkids from a distance –

imagine the driveway – a tarp on the grass and us standing inside the garage some 30 feet from them!

Or ZOOM calls with family – alone we were and 401K going down – down –

but the silver lining – the housing market exploded!

It was time to move on –

sell the house and contents – move SOUTH –

to warmer weather – sun – sand – and surf – OCEAN ISLE BEACH – near the border of N.C. and S.C.

Here we are on Sunset Beach and in the upper right – the tall building – Ocean Isle Beach – just minutes from our home in Cameron Woods Community!

We live near golf – 30 courses – entertainment – Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.

Big box stores within 30 minutes.

Our dream home – single-story living – trees in the back yard – walking all over the neighborhoods –

a large park right across the road with tennis and pickleball courts – ball fields and track and basketball courts – a park for dogs – restrooms, etc.

Golfing with close friends – seeing shows and exploring different towns and beaches.
