Papa’s World – The world of cheerleading comes to Cassidy!

Cassidy – our twin decided to try out for cheerleading in middle school –

She made the team and is now a full-fledged cheerleader!

Being in eighth grade –

this along with gymnastics –

Puts her into two sports!

She is dedicated –

and next year,

she plans to try out for the Freshman.

she is in the front row –

third from the left.

She is thoughtful – caring and always calls her MORMOR ( Sherry ) –

to check in on her or send her messages.

The squad is large and the tryouts are intense,

they must be able to do routines and form lifts of the others.

KUDOS to CASSIDY for undertaking the tryouts and achieving her goal of being a cheerleader.

Papa’s World – Granddaughters excel in school!

Both girls had straight “A” for the entire school year!

Both are on the honor roll!

So proud of them in their first year of middle school!

For the entire class of sixth graders – Taylor got the “INTEGRITY” award!

She is our horseback rider and would spend all her time there if allowed!

Here – out of the entire class – she is holding her award!

Cassidy accepts the top Mathmatics award presented to her at the top of her class in Mathmatics!

She has come a long way since the pandemic and home classes!

She also is quite the artist!

To both of our granddaughters – CONGRATS!!!!!!

GRANDDAUGHTERS EXCEL IN SCHOOL!

Papa’s World – our granddaughter – Cassidy in Little Mermaid.

She has been in practice for six months – she played a Starfish and a Swan – in all the performances.

She did not try out for a speaking roll as she still is shy but has a beautiful voice.

Cassidy as a Starfish – she danced on stage and did a cartwheel in both directions and sang.

We were amazed at the costumes and the skills of the 6-7 and 8th. grade cast members.

Cassidy is on the right dancing and singing – once she gets over being shy – she will shine – she sings in front of the congregation in the choir and does vocals in a youth group band.

As a swan she danced and sang – she was very graceful.

Our shy little Cassidy – getting more brave to perform in front of a audience.

I can see it like it was yesterday – taking them to pre-school – singing a song!

Twins – dressed alike and their little HELLO KITTY backpacks!

They are different – Taylor was the bigger – in fact, the reason they were brought into this world early!

Cassidy at 3 lbs and Taylor at almost 4 lbs.

For some reason, she was getting all the nutrients and growing – so at 32 weeks plus a day or two

the doctors decided it was time – and it also was their mother’s birthday!

So now we celebrate birthdays in threes!

First day – Taylor and Cassidy.

Cassidy is the one who calls every week to talk to her MORMOR ( mothersmother) Swedish.

While she looks short – she is of average height – Taylor is going to be tall like her MORMOR!

Cassidy does soccer while Taylor has ridden horses since she barely walked.

Today they are both alike and different.

Taylor and Cassidy

Taylor would spend all her time riding and carrying for horses.

Cassidy – searching YouTube for projects to make – she is really good at that.

And just like that – going into Middle School!

Our little ones with the HELLO KITTY backpacks –

So grown up and doing their own things.
