Talking heads – I can do without!

Since 1999, we have subscribed to the Washington Post –

That is because we transferred from WNY,

We subscribed to the Olean Times Herald.

Way before that –

I read the Bradford Era!

The Post was, for me,

First, the Sports section.

Then I read the paper front to back.

I also GOOGLE –

A lot of info and fact-check.

I have been turned off for years now on Cable News –

From the networks.

I do not need a talking head’s point of view-

Some are downright ridiculous!

Slanted one way or another.

BUT I SELECT WHAT I READ – I KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE and WHAT TO DISCARD!

NEWS – Breaking news of importance,

I will watch.

I am very careful –

About what I believe –

Trust – truth and verification are important for me!

After all these years –

I can pretty much tell right away if there is reality here or if someone is just twisting the facts.

I also look for humor.

Laugh – Smile and be Happy!

Good thoughts – Positive thoughts –

And I live one day at a time.

MARLEY – our granddog!

She is happy to see us.

She is lovable!

Soft – and cuddly.

A big teddy bear!

Life is too short not to like her!

LOL! SMILE – IT IS THE BEGINNING OF A NEW DAY!

Now – AI – what to believe and what not to.

It is getting harder as it improves.

So I guess for now –

If I watch it –

I will just file it away, and if it becomes true –

Then I will read about it!

One truth that I do know is this supplement!

We have both been taking this for twenty-plus years.

In our senior years –

Aging healthily is important to us.
