What I remember most from my life before we started this healthy living – was my obsession with fast food.

I loved Mcdonald’s double quarter pounders and fries – and diet Coke!

This would become a whole new way of living for me – one that I started to give up what I loved to eat –

Milk – Sodas(POP) – fast food – fried foods –

The thing I regret the most is Juice Plus was around THIRTEEN YEARS before I even heard of it –

so I lost those years and that time before – 35 years – of eating unhealthy – led to my heart attack!

I am convinced had I not changed – I would not have survived my heart attack – FOUR BLOCKAGES!

Putting the above into my body at that stage of my life – I feel gave me the best chance of survival and I am forever grateful for that.

Today we are in our SENIOR YEARS – enjoying life and health as a lifestyle.

Along this journey of eighteen years – not only have we changed our own lives – but that of our family – friends – strangers – and lots and lots of children!

The day we said YES – to the question –

“IF YOU COULD PUT 30 DIFFERENT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND BERRIES INTO YOUR BODY – EVERY DAY WITH A CAPSULE – WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED”?

That question and that day – I strongly feel saved my life all those years ago – for I had not put those

fruits- vegetables, and berries into my body for all those years.

And now going on for eighteen years we are asking you and people like you that very question!

Papa’s World – the next day after the storm – we relaxed on the beach – sun and warm sand.

The next morning we walked the beach after the storm and then decided to go back to the condo and pack up the chairs – some drinks and food – music and relax on the beach – RETIREMENT!!!!!!
The beach was not crowded at all being early in the week.

We choose our spot and set up the chairs – took a little walk to test out the water –

But – on either side of us – people had music – loud enough that it interfered with what I had –

So – I just put mine away and listened to theirs – two different types! LOL

Watching them para-glide right off shore – four boats out there – two up by us and two farther south.

We could watch then load and unload the people – hardly stopping – and the crowd on the beach was picking up!

After a night before with thunder and lightening storms with high winds –

this day was calm – sunny – blue skies with white clouds!

Cleared my mind and was a relaxing mid afternoon!

Papa’s World – Mother and Daughters – Sherry – Debby and Tammy! Beautiful inside and out!

Dreams – mother and daughters share the DREAM!

They laugh – cry – hold one another – all the while sharing life together – even though they are 300 miles apart

The bond exists each and every day!

Debby – the oldest – Sherry – known as Grandma and MorMor – Tammy – the youngest.

When we decided to move to NVA in 1999 – Tammy decided right away to follow us down to Va.

In one years time – Debby moved with her husband and small one year old daughter Maddy!

They have always been near each other – 3 hours away and no further.

Sherry decided to become a CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH – and start her own business from home –

As a away to supplement her retirement income – it worked and she retired early!

Network marketing – in HEALTH and NUTRITION!

Today – that business thrives and allows us the freedom to travel –

move and build a new home.

In that same since – 15 years ago – Debby decided to do the same – with two young children –

And moving out to the country as it was cheaper to live – she also followed her mothers footsteps!

She became a CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH – and started her own business from home –

And surpassed her mother!

Today – they both lead “TEAM GENERATIONS” – promoting health and nutrition for families and children.

Daughter and Mother – Tammy and Sherry

During that time – Tammy married – had twin girls and then our first grandson!

She also followed her mother into the Health and Nutrition field – establishing her own home based business.

Along the way she quit her job and opened up a Upscale children’s consignment shop –

And has recently added another home based business – promoting healthy eating!

She now runs three business’s!

And it is because she is her mother’s daughter!

IMAGINE – ACT – EMULATE – LEAD – DUPLICATE – SUCCEED – SUCCESS!

The story of Mother and Daughters – although now 300 miles away – following her in her footsteps –

always in contact – we visit and they visit – zoom – text or call.

Promoting HEALTH and NUTRITION – one child – one day at a time.

WHERE FRIENDS MEET THE FAMILY – FAMILY MEETS FRIENDS!

Papa’s World – Taxes are being done – my job is making dinner – eating healthy – yes my lady.

Today – I am making dinner while my wife does our taxes – I have the easy part!

Eating healthy has become a way of life for us going on almost 16 years!

In that time I have learned how to BAKE rather than fry!

I have learned low carbs – no gluten – low sugars – and GMO’s.

I have learned to lead by example – children watch and copy!

My life is far different than all those years gone by.

I WATCH WHAT I EAT!

The dinner I made – baked salmon – greens – one sliced egg – veggies – a little fruit and no dressing!

I have learned over these past 15 plus years.

I take it very seriously!

Well – you must also smile! Great for your mental health!

Living each day – I have to stay away from sugars as I am borderline diabetic.

I watch carbs more so that calories – carbs put the weight on me and turn to sugars.

We grow our own produce with no pesticides – knowing exactly what we are eating.
We make healthy meals and deserts out of fruits – veggies and berries.

We purchase from this company what we eat for health reasons.

Have been doing this for almost 16 years!

And – the taste – for me – is excellent.

Life is hard – food – not healthy food – is everywhere!

Commercial after commercial – radio or TV – is constant.

Billboards – advertisements – packaging!

Everywhere you look or hear is processed food.

Berries (purple) omega’s (orange) fruits (red) Veggies ( green) are my medicine cabinet.
Concentrated whole food – powdered – nutrient dense – encapsulated every day!
Yes – I baked dinner – I use no salt – no dressing – I do use onion flakes – pepper and a low sodium seasoning.

And when not doing our taxes – she makes healthy treats!

A shake a day seems to keep my doctor away!

Our lives changed almost 16 years ago – she became a CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH –

through the known children’s doctor – Dr. William Sears – author of 40 children’s books.

Health has become our lives.

Making healthy choices one day at a time.

Instead of candy and sweets – I chew on these – Gummy’s – fruit – vegetable and berries. Satisfies my urge to eat sweets!

We decided before a late lunch to walk the river trail in Lynchburg Va.

We had time to kill before eating a late lunch –

besides – Maddy wanted to get out into the open and walk

as she loves to hike even by herself!

Once I start a pace – I just seem to walk – that is just who I am.

After a couple miles we made it to the turn around

where this was as far as we would go even though it continued!

It was time to jump – act wild – and be funny!

Before heading back to the hotel and have a serious game of RUMMIKUB!
