Our daughter Debby and her daughter Maddy – memories from long ago!

Debbby and Maddy – from 2001 – our first granddaughter!

Today – she is a senior – having completed her fourth year as a Hornet at the University of Lynchburg soccer program

and as a captain in her senior year.

Twice going to the NCAA tournament in her four years and winning the Conference title in her senior year.

Our little granddaughter will graduate this spring with an Environmental Science degree!

My two sons from my first marriage – Troy on the left and Shawn on the right.

Shawn and his wife – Trisha! He runs his own business contracting out to the state and energy companies for auditing energy and installation for the elderly.

Shawn is a ranked nine-ball player in both Canada and the USA – winning his way to Las Vegas numerous times.

Troy and his partner – Andrea visited us this past summer.

Until four years ago – Troy built houses from the ground up – doing it all – then he joined Shawn and runs the installation side of the energy auditing business contracting out to the state in insulation for the elderly.

My two sons and daughter in law – Troy – Shawn – Trisha and my wife Sherry.

They still live back in NWPA – where I Sherry and I grew up.

Troy – was a builder – from the ground up – Shawn runs his own energy – audit company

and Trisha his wife runs the office,

Troy has since joined Shawn and runs the crews.

They range in the state of Pa.

state programs for the elderly.

Troy when young with his cousin.

Today the little blond hair boy is now a bearded grown man! With his girlfriend.

While they remain some 700 miles away

they are still in my heart and memories.

They are both this way – kind – caring and both willing to help anyone.

I have two grand sons – Ryan and Dylan. Both from Shawn.

Ryan today – handsome dude!

Being so far away – we do not see them as often as I would like.

But – when we do travel North – we do meet up.

Papa’s World – Family – walking into a new year!

As we start the new year – 2021 –

Hoping that this year will be better than the last!

We now are officially in the South!

But – the family is spread now out more than ever!

Troy Papa Sherry Shawn Trisha

My two sons and daughter in law are all back in NWPA.

They run a energy – audit company that contracts with the state.

Very successful and ever growing

Troy runs the crews – Trisha the office –

and Shawn the audits.

This is all done with grants for the elderly

by both the state and the power companies that serve the elderly.

Three sisters – Sherry – Debbie – Bonnie

Sherry has two sisters – one still lives back in NWPA

The other outside Raleigh N.C.

Both are retired as is Sherry who also runs her own

network marketing company from where ever we live.

We are now across Pa. Va. N.C. and a possible Tenn.

The children of the three sisters – cousins – very close – growing up.

Kristy – Nigel – Bethany – Natalia – Nathan – Tammy – Debby – cousins.

The family has grown over the years –

today you see in the first picture that growth.

And now the grand children of the three sisters

As we age – it seems that get together’s get less and less.

Being so spread out and so diverse –

logistics and time make it almost impossible to bring it off!

2020 has been a tough year – a time of forced seperation

social distancing – less travel – moving away.

It also has brought us together with Zoom calls

text messages and phone calls.

But one thing is for certain –

family always remains strong.
