Belief , Faith and Positivity – REACH FOR THE STARS.

2014-10-24 08.30.09             What to look for in a home based business.

Many times when you attempt a HOME BUSINESS , the biggest obstacle can sometimes be ones self! You just have to get out of your own way !   Ask yourself not WHY ?  But HOW you can accomplish what needs to be done.

During my years I have learned that success for me has come in the form of three principles that I follow.

BELIEF :   Believe in what you are doing – follow your heart – ones belief is a potent force when you apply it to your convictions. Stay the course – remember – in order to succeed – take care of all the small things and the larger problem will most likely take care of itself.

FAITH :  Listen – observe – and then have the FAITH to act. Plan – ask questions – and then formulate a plan of action – list your goals and have the FAITH to act on them. If you have FAITH in yourself and those around you – you are on your way !

POSITIVITY  :  I was asked once to give my impression on the HALF FULL vs.  HALF EMPTY GLASS .  To me , it is neither HALF FULL or HALF EMPTY !  There are two ingredients that are involved here.  AIR  &  LIQUID.  Without one or the other , you can not survive as far as I know!  The Glass has both – both essential to you and your team !  Positivity is something I wake up with every day. I always look at whatever is positive in the situation and act on it !

In a home based business – and with a TEAM – what comes out of you goes into them !  LEAD FOR SUCCSS !

I hope this little bit goes a long way in helping you overcome the fear of leadership – look at your team and then look in the mirror. Your team will be reflected back to you !

Papa’s World – Mother and Daughters – changing families – for better health

Debby and Sherry

It all started 15 years ago

Sherry found a better way to get nutrition & nutrients

from fruits and vegetables with research to back it up!

Three generations

They started by naming their mother – daughters team

“TEAM GENERATIONS”

From GIGI ( grandmother )

– to Sherry ( mother) to daughters

Tammy and Debby and their children.

Four generations – all on the road to better health.

Ella and Sarah
Bode Taylor Cassidy

The fourth generation – and when they have children – the fifth generation

All because Sherry said “YES” at NBC for your health

at the Washington DC convention center!

The TEAM GENERATIONS TEAM

It continues to grow – families seeking nutrition

better health

feeling great and less doctor visits

More energy

It has spread across the country

and now they communicate with ZOOM calls

and those that live near each other – gather in exercising

There are monthly exercise programs – group fastings

Challenges – and social group gatherings.

Mother and daughter bonding

It has become a FAMILY trip to health.

The oldest in college – practicing health

sending her care packages of healthy foods!

Trips to conferences on the East Coast and West Coast and Middle America twice a year
Team generations continues to grow one family at a time
Leadership in numbers
Before the pandemic – social gatherings
Making life fun with health
Team Generations began with a mother and daughters
Today it has grown into this – leaders from across the country

What started out as a way to eat healthy

and have our kids and grand kids eating better

has turned into a group of dedicated individuals

who share their experience of health and nutrition.

The OLD WAY HAS BEEN REPLACED
To a whole new life style

Papa’s World – A brand new car – after SEVEN YEARS!

2020 Rav4 XLE Hybrid

We bought our last car in 2013 –

and in seven years – 126,000 miles!

Yes – we do travel the roads –

and the main thing we wanted –

was gas mileage!

Our Prius V 3 wagon – Toyota – got 40 to 44 MPG!

WE LOVE TO GOLF

That car had exceptional room when you put the seats down.

And we knew when we move to South Carolina for five months

along with everything we must take – the clubs also were going!

Roof rack and basket carrier

We could do it – but it would be packed to the ceiling

and we would not be able to see out the back!

This one – we wanted the Roof rack –

and then we went and bought a basket carrier and installed it!

We also ordered a soft side roof top carrier!

Our old car had no roof racks!

Sherry does everything on her phone!

So now – we are in the learning process as this car does everything

and then some through your smart phone!

But – one thing we found out is that Sherry must have her phone

when we travel for her internet business

and it must be free to do this – so we plug in my phone

as I really do not like phones and mostly take pictures with mine! LOL

That way when we google maps – there is no interference

As we are driving and getting directions!

YES – I HAVE TO HAVE DIRECTIONS!

Or I will get lost!

This car also has a ton of safety features – which Sherry loves!

All pertain to driving – blind side – auto lights –

cruise control radar ( it can almost steer itself)

It will detect a car in front and behind you.

A wide vision when backing up with guide lines!

PLUS IT REALLY LOOKS SLEEK!

There are many – many more extras

and some we are just learning how to use!

The main thing is gas mileage – and this one has it!

Right now we are averaging 42 to 44 MPG!

And – even though I have not used it – POWER!

IT IS A HYBRID WITH POWER!

It has three different modes –

One is ECO – going back and forth from gas to battery!

Two is power – Gas only with a three speed manual transmission.

Three is battery – battery only – you can travel about 1 1/2 miles.

And it is fast going zero to sixty – if you want to.

Our Prius V wagon 3 served us well for seven years.

Now we have a road trip vehicle with storage on the roof

and storage – a little more room inside

and capable of good gas mileage!

Thank you for reading Papa’s World
