For the past sixteen years – she has promoted health – nutrition – speaking before groups

of health-conscious people!

Memories – a daily commitment to health and nutrition.

She has brought Debby and Tammy into the health-nutrition world.

She has taken courses and has a certification in being a CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH –

From Doctors William Sears and Pam Popper.

Dr. Sears has written over thirty books on childhood pediartics.

The memory of bonding with mother and daughters!

Healthy living – living in health – aging healthy!

The years have passed – but the road remains straight – promoting health for loved ones –

and the incorporation of children – at early ages to adapt habits of healthy eating!

MEMORIES continuing to this day!

PAPA’S WORLD

Papa’s World – a coming together of the wives in the great smoky mountains near Pigeon Forge Tenn.

They went to this log cabin in the Smoky Mountains for a health and fitness retreat.

Along with eleven other people.

The husbands stayed home and golfed! LOL

TOGETHER WE MOVE MOUNTAINS

It was a four day weekend – games – shopping and side trips –

Health and nutrition information –

Nighttime on the Island.

This has been planned for a long time – the main conference was in St. Louis –

But – because of the Pandemic – groups broke out smaller by themselves –

and were patched in live to the main hall of 2000 people.

If the Pandemic did not exist – 8000 people would have been there.

Of course, we also had fun golfing! LOL
Like-minded folks – Dr. Bruce was the only guy – lucky him!

The weekend had many games and fun activities – along with learning – the health field thrives.

Moving forward through the Pandemic.

Papa’s World – AUSTIN TEXAS – Team Generations

GOOD MORNING

It was early morning as I sat here at my computer –

3:10 AM.to be exact –

I heard from upstairs the first stirrings –

I was up because at 4:00 AM.

TEAM TOM as I am called

was loading suitcases and SIX WOMEN

into a van and driving them to

THE DULLES AIRPORT !

TEAM GENERATIONS would be going to Austin Texas !

Where in a few hours they would meet up with

12 more TEAM GENERATION members –

Attending the JUICE PLUS LIVE CONFERENCE for 3 /12 days !

Sherry has been doing this for almost 12 plus years –

and most times I am right there beside her –

But – this time I stayed behind to help out here

and my main job was as a driver both to and from the airport !

The opening is Thursday all day –

continues on all day Friday

and ends around noon on Saturday

Full of details and speakers on Health and Nutrition.

Saturday night is a party for 8000 attendee’s

Live music –

dancing – team bonding –

There also is team dinner’s

team scavenger hunt all over Austin
