Papa’s World – Life with family and friends!

It is often said if you can count the number of real friends on one hand – you are blessed!

I feel that we are truly blessed – as two hands are not enough!

We have always made close friends – staying in touch – having them drop in and staying.

Going back to our early years – it was so!

Numerous vacations – renting a big house on or near a beach – with friends!

Our lives are full of such experiences.

Sharing a laugh with great friends!

So many times the six of us have been together over the years and still to this day –

at least twice a year!

Our new neighbors who happen to be from WNY – the same area we were from!

Today – Steve and Diane – while they are here – friends – talking – walking –

we watch their house when they are away back in Rushford Lake, N.Y.

Precious and dear to our hearts – Family and grandkids!

While they are nearly grown –

they still visit us and we visit them –

Always dear to us and love them all!

Mother and daughters – all six grandkids belong to them!

My oldest friend from grade school – H.S. and Beyond and Pam – his wife.

Today we still see them once a year for a couple weeks – they are full-time on the R.V. road.

So many fun times growing up in NWPA!

FRIENDS LASTING A LIFETIME!

Our longtime friends from back in WNY – Elaine and Steve – still staying in touch!

Papa’s World – Family past and present!

WE ARE HERE!

Family is and has been our lives. Tight family ties – long distance now – but just a ZOOM away!

The twins when they stayed a year with us with their parents. MEMORY I cherish!

There was a time between houses that they stayed with us in Brambleton, Va.

Tight families do that.

Today – with their cousins Sarah and Ella and their little brother Bode – the twins!

They now are eleven years old – one taller – one who cares for her baby brother –

One who loves riding and grooming horses and reading –

one who is so artistic – making things like her MorMor –

One who is so gentle with the puppy and training her-

One that is in constant contact with us.

TWINS WHO ARE GROWING UP IN SEPARATE WAYS!

Family and Marley – who knows where Bode is off to! LOL
BODE and his MAMA
BODE – the golfer – soccer player and brother to his sisters.
Bode – the only grandson among the five granddaughters.

Today – they all are growing up so fast – where has the time gone?

Today – we are far away – but yet so close with zoom and calls.

Trips are made both ways – family bond – family tight – family!

FAMILY – THE KROHNS – another Christmas – family bond!

PAPA’S WORLD

Papa’s World – the only grandson adores the three older granddaughters – Maddy-Ella -Sarah – being BODE!

He has always adored Ella – but lately he has become close to Maddy – whenever he sees her – he sits with her.

She is the oldest and he is the youngest of the six grandchildren.

He seems to have taken soccer to heart and may be our next soccer player.

She – Ella – has always been there for him – no matter what everyone is doing – she finds time to spend with him.

He wears a sweatshirt to Ella’s soccer games with MYERS on the back – it was hers when she was his age!

A somber moment with the both of them – but in her lap he has been since he could walk!

He sits by himself and cheers for her when she is on the field – “ELLA – ELLA” !!!!

Lately he has become closer to Sarah – she is younger than the other two – but I notice him following here now that they are in college.
Sarah and Bode – I love this picture.

All three he adores – he wants to see them all the time and will ask if they are HOME from college.

It is neat to see him bonding with Sarah now – she has always been close to the twins.

The grandkids – Ella had soccer practice.
