Papa’s World – Singing the new year in! Karaoke – friends – NEW YEARS EVE – 2022.

Party waiting to happen!

We had seen the sunset on the beach – had a fire in the Solo Stove – a putting and chipping contest.

Snacks – food – some drinks and now the TV was tuned into Karaoke with music and the words.

LET THE PARTY BEGIN!

Starting off as always – Cindy and Jim.
And along came Steve – our neighbor.

The night was young – over three hours to midnight – a lot of Karaoke ahead!

Cindy – Sherry, and Jim are about to sing!
To break the ice a group sing along!

That broke the ice and then the songs came – one by one!

Diane – our next-door neighbor – found her song!
Sherry – taking a drink and Diane singing.
Cindy – Dottie and Sherry singing.

It was a fun time – new friends and neighbors with our oldest friends.

It was a happy night – full of friendship – fun and song.

The sunroom – party hats – let the celebration begin.

After toasting the sunset on Sunset Beach – putting competition on the patio – and fire in the firepit

We moved inside – snacks – refreshment – and some Karaoke!

Cindy – Sherry, and Jim set everything up.

We went from the machine to the TV where we discovered we had Karaoke on the menu.

And could actually have playlists with the words.

Sherry setting it all up – as the group waits.
A little break after Sherry set up the TV before the singing begins.

It took a while to get everything set up – but then all we had to do was type in requests –

and the songs appeared with the words and music.

We used the microphones from the Karaoke machine.

The beginning of the singing for the next three hours!

The next blog will be the actual singing from everyone.
