When those tiny hands reached – their mother was there!

They were oh so small – the twins.

They were born on September 3rd. 2010.

Which just happened to be their mother’s birthday -Tammy!

They were premature – the doctor said they had to come!

It wasn’t planned – nature took its course.

Today, they celebrate the three of them as one!

Those tiny little hands – those tiny feet – both just over three pounds.
