I went yesterday –

July 2 nd. to the Loudoun Hospital –

for my second test.

It has been five and one half years since I had a Major Heart Attack –

Known as THE WIDOW MAKER –

I had four blockages –

One 100 % One 90 % One 70 % & One 60 % ! ! ! !

My HEART DOCTOR –

who I now see once a year – arranged for the tests.

Six weeks after I had the heart attack and stent –

I had OPEN HEART surgery and FOUR BY PASSES –

Most people do not survive this Heart Attack.

This test was a follow up Ultra Sound to the Nuke test

I had the two weeks prior .

The first test –

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR –

My overall cholesterol 111 !

The STRESS TEST –

excellent ( for a 70 year old )

did one mile in just over ten minutes !

( I do not like running )

And the results of this one –

MIRRORED THE FIRST –

Sherry has guided me through all of this –

AND I LISTEN TO HER !

You see –

she has become a CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH through Dr. Sears.

Also classes through Dr. Pam Popper.

She follows Doctors from the Cleveland Clinic

And gives presentations on HEALTHY LIVING to hundreds of people.

She is the head of our family.

When she speaks – people listen.

I have lived every part of this –

I recovered very fast –

I was home –

standing in my living room –

52 hours after the start of the surgery.

And it was because of her.

Tests completed –

today I celebrate –

She talks – she shows the way –

she walks the talk and I follow the walk.
